The Microbiology Department of BGKV campus was established in 2014. The department having 3 faculties with specialization in various area of microbiology & also having separate laboratory facilities for the students.

Microbiology is the study of micro-organisms, which involves with diagnosis & production of various medicinal properties. There is vast scope in the field of microbiology due to the advancement in the field of Science & Technology. Microbiology involves verities of subject like Genetics, Immunology, Medical industry, Environmental & Dairy Microbiology.
